Right of withdrawal

This is a translation for your convenience. The German version (Widerrufsbelehrung) is legally binding.

This information applies to consumers buying the Malachi full version in the shop of this website (supply of digital content not on a tangible medium). For purchases via Google Play, Google Play's refund rules apply in addition; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (David Mark Meyer, Elisenweg 20, 72762 Reutlingen, Germany, email: MalachiApp@proton.me) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also withdraw from the contract using the "Withdraw from contract" function in the shop (link on every shop page) or in the app (Full version → Withdrawal); you will then immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt to save.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

In practice this means: we pay the amount we received back in the same cryptocurrency (Monero or Bitcoin) to an address you give us together with the order number; we bear the network fee of the refund. With the withdrawal, the license of the order becomes invalid.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires once we have begun to perform the contract after you

1. have expressly agreed that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires,
2. have confirmed your knowledge that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and
3. we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.

In the shop you give this consent explicitly before paying. The license is provided immediately after the payment is received; at the same time you receive the invoice with the contract confirmation, which you can save or print. Until then – including between ordering and receipt of payment – you can withdraw.

Note: for a withdrawal we only need the order number and the address for the refund. You don't have to give your name and address if you don't want to.
